Intellectual Property Notice
The rights to the artwork remain exclusively with Lyra Brayshaw at Lyra.Art, even after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions. Purchasing any item, whether original or otherwise, does not grant the buyer permission to mint the piece as an NFT, print, distribute, or reproduce it for profit or any other purpose. Collectors are prohibited from reproducing the artwork in any form without the artist’s explicit written consent. However, sharing images of purchased items on social media is encouraged and does not violate this clause.
Liability
We are not responsible for goods once they are in the collector’s possession. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for products damaged due to customer mishandling. This includes issues such as smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or damaging the works.
Compensation is provided as required by consumer protection laws for products damaged in transit or if faulty merchandise is received. Every print undergoes multiple inspections before passing quality control and being shipped, ensuring only pristine reproductions are sent for your enjoyment.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. We are not obligated to compensate customers who fail to read the provided information before purchase. All prints include borders in the final listed size.
Returns & Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help! If something went wrong or your item isn’t as expected, we will do everything we can to resolve it. Please let us know within three days of receiving your artwork. We strive to provide color-accurate photos of the artwork, but please note that color calibrations can vary between devices. If you are concerned about color accuracy, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.).
Shipping fees for any returned items are not covered by the studio unless the merchandise is faulty or not covered under consumer guarantees. In such cases, Lyra.Art will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
The processing times for each item are listed in the product descriptions. Lyra’s studio team is small and dedicated to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that occasional delays in dispatching orders may occur if the artwork is going viral on social media. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.
If you need to change your address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase to ensure we can redirect the shipment. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched from our studio. Contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.
Lyra.Art is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure you provide complete and accurate mailing addresses at checkout. If a refund is requested in such cases, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the cost of shipping will be deducted.
Duties & Taxes
The studio is based in England, United Kingdom, and is not responsible for import fees on any purchased products. This includes custom commissions, originals, and fine art merchandise.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries impose import taxes, while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges for the shipment to proceed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duties, value-added tax, or similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided the product is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase cost, minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Items are declared at their purchase value for export, and documents will not be falsified under any circumstances.
